About Ryan
Bio placeholder — a few sentences introducing Ryan, his background in the game, his coaching licenses, and the teams he works with on Oahu.
Why I coach
I coach because the best parts of youth sports — confidence, friendship, learning to fail and try again — happen on the practice field long before they show up on a scoreboard. My goal for every player is simple: leave each session a little more in love with the game, and a little more sure of themselves. Development over results, effort over ego, and fun as the thing that makes all of it stick.
My philosophy
Philosophy placeholder — this section will lay out how Ryan develops players and how he wants his teams to play: emphasis on the ball at feet, decision-making, scanning and awareness, and a Play–Practice–Play structure that keeps kids engaged and touching the ball.
